Pet Policy

Pikes Farm requires that you provide management with a veterinarians certificate stating that the pet is in good health with proof of all required immunizations, including rabies. Provide management with proof that the pet has been spayed or neutered. Provide proof of rental insurance with liability clause. Tenant is totally responsible for care and cleanliness of pet on the premises. Pets Welcome Upon Approval. Limit of 1 pet per household. No dogs allowed. Maximum adult weight is 18 pounds and 12 inches from the shoulder. Pet deposit is $200 above and beyond security deposit. No pets allowed on a visiting or temporary basis.
